Factory oil pumps are designed with mass-production cost targets in mind, which means that material selection and performance specifications are optimized for standard operating conditions. As a result, when subjected to conditions beyond the manufacturer's original design intent—such as motorsport use, high-performance driving, or modified engines—the factory components may become a limiting factor in terms of strength and oil supply capacity.
This high-performance oil pump assembly improves both strength and oil flow capacity over the OEM design, helping to protect the engine under a wide range of operating conditions.

〔Enhanced Strength〕
The rotor gear material has been completely revised to significantly increase durability. While the OEM rotor is manufactured from sintered alloy material for cost-effective mass production, it can be susceptible to cracking and failure under severe operating conditions. Our rotor is machined from high-strength chromoly steel, offering an excellent balance of strength and toughness. Whether subjected to sustained high-RPM operation or frequent throttle transitions that cause rapid changes in engine speed, it delivers the durability required for demanding performance applications.

〔Increased Oil Flow Capacity〕
Rotor thickness has been increased to provide approximately 10% greater oil delivery volume compared to the factory design. This additional flow capacity is particularly beneficial for engines equipped with oil coolers, turbochargers, and other modifications that increase oil demand. It also helps maintain stable oil pressure when oil viscosity drops at elevated temperatures, reducing the risk of critical oil pressure loss under severe operating conditions.
